Emily Heidt

Emily Heidt is a lawyer with Yates & Wheland. She attended Berry College and Kennesaw State University for her undergraduate degree where she majored in psychology and minored in chemistry and criminal Justice. Emily worked as an au pair for a year in Germany and Czechia before attending law school in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2016 and is licensed in both Georgia and Tennessee. Emily’s practice focuses primarily on family and criminal law. She is also a Rule 31 Listed Mediator. In her free time, Emily and her husband are busy raising three children.
